Omphi construction was tasked with the refurbishment of the INSTEA office space to fit and enhance the unique business needs and culture of INSETA. Furthermore, to reimagine the office space to improve productivity, creativity and engagement within INESTA.
Project Scope:
Omphi was tasked with conducting a detailed site analysis to understand the existing conditions of the office space and provide INSTEA with an office space design that is line with its unique business needs and culture.

We pride ourselves on our effective communication system that allows our team to co-ordinate and liaise with project managers and contractors to ensure the successful implementation and completion of any project we undertake. On completion, we conduct a thorough inspect of all the work that has been completed and remedy any defects that may have been identified, and assist the project manager in preparing and issuing a completion certificate.
